1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns for Any Reason)

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product in accordance with Article 13 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

3. Returns Due to Product Defects or Damage

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund under Directive (EU) 2019/771 on Contracts for the Sale of Goods.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

• If the defect is confirmed, we will send a new replacement product at no additional cost to you.

4. Lost or Undelivered Orders

In the rare event that your order is lost during shipping, we will offer a free replacement under the following conditions:

• The shipping carrier confirms that the package was lost and no delivery was made.

• We will process a replacement and ship a new product to you at no cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products are not eligible for returns, including:

• Custom-made or personalized items (except in cases of defects).
• Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse.
